"I started out with a few advisors and ended up with Frank, I had some bad experience's with body shops, in addition to waiting a long time for the parts to even start my car. But Frank hung in there and put up with my sometimes not so nice attitude. Sorry Frank ! Business now days is hard to get good help. Frank made sure I was kept up to date on the status of parts and when my car was going to be complete. They kept my brand new car clean while doing the work and it looks great. "10/10 I recommend. Had my first minor accident ever & of course it happened to a car Ive had less than two months! I was so sad. I booked a drop off date with a different location & just felt that they would take long & likely not update me as much as Id like. My gut told me to look for other body shops. I came across Rock Collision, saw minimal reviews but they were positive & recent. I decided to call last minute and ask if they could squeeze me in for an estimate & id be willing to drop off. Jeremy spoke with me & got me in. He was professional, attentive and transparent. He looked at my car & assured me he’d have it worked on as soon as possible. Jeremy kept his word & got my car back to me within a week. He also was SO honest & updated me about a part that came in with imperfections. He sent me photos & immediately ordered a new one. He could have just put the bumper on and hoped I didnt see the imperfection or brush it off as minor. But clearly, they pride in their work. The front desk was sweet & helpful, the paint work was amazing & well done. If you’re looking for a body shop that is HONEST, work’s efficiently, does GREAT work & puts their customer first… look no further. GO TO ROCK! If I EVER need auto body work again (hopefully not soon though), or need to refer someone to a shop, i’ll recommend Rock. They made my tough end of the year so much brighter. Good work, communication & prioritizing customer service goes a long way."
