"Very dissatisfied - try Austin Detailing or American Elite I paid $7,706.75 for major headaches… I’m very dissatisfied with their work. They seem nice upfront, but the team was very tough to deal with. They said my car would be ready in one week and promised there would be a loaner vehicle available. My car took 3 weeks and I never got the loaner vehicle. I ended up having to get a rental car. Once the work was done, they nickel and dimed me on everything. Some things they didn’t even complete on the car. I went for hail damage repair and there is still a spot of damage on the car - they denied it was hail damage so they could avoid fixing it. I also question the quality of work, because they touch the car randomly and don’t seem very gentle with the paint. At the end, they offered to pick me up (which was nice) but then changed their mind after I told them I wasn’t satisfied with their service. Stay away from these guys. Seems like few were satisfied, but I was not!! There are many quality shops in the area. Avoid the headache and go to American Elite or Austin Detailing. They were my first options but were too backed up."
"Carlos & his crew @ dent kingdom international are phenomenal!!! They are100% pros with their exceptional work & their Customer Service !!! My Tesla was covered in hail damage !! They went over -above & beyond to have it perfect & in a timely manner!! I have lived in Austin over 35 years and worked me many auto body shops. There’s no other like this one !!! THEY ARE EXCEPTIONAL IN EVERY WAY!! They had my car cleaned when i went to pick up and they fixed my exterior drivers mirror that wasn’t part of the job. They put it back in working condition. It was not operable & dangerous- I will be referring everyone to them !!!!!! They were so nice and accommodating !!! Love this company !!"
"Carlos is the man! He fixed a huge crease in my door and fender and it’s like it never was there! I thought I’d have to get a new door and fender and re-paint! Carlos assured me he can fix it with paint less dent removal and he did an awesome job! Never seen my car so clean inside and out with his detail service as well!!"
