My son isn’t a fan of the sounds from cleaning but she explained the process to my little 4 year old so effectively that he had ZERO issues. Sat very still and had me in awe of how effortless the cleaning process was. The X-ray tech was also amazing. He was finally able to have his X-ray done after trying 3 different times"

"I could not recommend this place more! I am a local Pediatrician in Round Rock and my 20 month old daughter had a minor dental emergency on a Saturday at noon. This office has Saturday hours and closed at 2pm. When I called, the front desk staff was SO helpful and accommodating! We were able to see a Dentist and get x-rays within the hour! I was truly blown away by their excellent customer service and care for patients. Thank you for helping this very anxious mom navigate our family's first dental emergency."

"My adoptive children have been going to Austin Children's Dentistry for a very long time and the most recent experience with a new dentist at this location was definitely NOT what we come to love about Dr. Chu. I would suggest that if a child, no matter the age, winces when you are cleaning their teeth with the drill like tool / plaque remover, that you would stop what you are doing and slow down. She seemed to be in a huge hurry or that my child was an inconvenience."

"My 1st visit here one of my kids had filings done here no pain, no problems before the dentist performed treatment. The dentist explained to us she did not have any cavities and her teeth looked fine but still wanted to touch up the old fillings. Immediately after and now 2 weeks later my child has been complaining of pain. Several times throughout the treatment she ask to have more numbing medication telling the dentist she was hurting her. I had a follow up appointment scheduled following this visit twice each appointment Austin Children's Dentistry canceled a week apart each Wednesday sending a text messages that the dentist will be out on this date and could not see the patient needing to reschedule. Called speaking with Emily asking could my child be seen by another dentist she told me no one else could see my child and I needed to call the other locations to see if they could see my child. I explained that this location set the appointment and kept canceling she then left me on hold 19 minutes. When I called back after 19 minutes no one would answer the phone. Took my child to be seen by another dentist office and found out that the fillings put in were to large and my child now had a infection."

"I have taken my kiddos here a few times now for routine cleanings and check ups. Every hygienist we have had has been so patient and kind with my littles. My kiddos love going to the dentist and any apprehension was washed away immediately. Highly recommend for kiddos, especially if it is their first time. They are also great at accommodating all 3 kiddos at once so it's an all in 1 swoop adventure lol"
