"My dental experience began with arriving at the clinic, The waiting area had comfortable chairs and a soothing ambiance with soft music playing in the background. The receptionist welcomed me warmly and guided me through the check-in process efficiently. After a short wait, I was called into the treatment area and met my friendly dental hygienist, who made me feel at ease with their warm demeanor. The dentist examined my teeth and discussed the treatment plan in detail, addressing all my concerns and answering my questions. The treatment itself was conducted with precision and care, and I was impressed by the modern equipment and technology used. Throughout the procedure, the staff ensured my comfort and well-being, making the experience as pleasant as possible. Afterward, I received clear instructions for post-treatment care and felt confident in the results. Overall, my dental experience was professional, reassuring, and left me with a healthy smile."

"First appointment to the last was seamless. Check in was quick, then easy X-ray, as I was fitted for a new denture. Following appointments were little waiting, professional and took time to check alignment and fit. Received denture when they said it would be ready. I would highly recommend as this was my second denture from this business and it works great."

"I have a fear of dentists, but owner/dentist Dr. Haynes was amazing. The Round Rock office is independently owned and operated by Dr. Haynes and her fantastic team (so this review does not cover any other corporate owned/operated central Texas Aspen Dental location). Every person in the office seemed to take pride in their work, and cared about doing a good job. I’ve been to some “fast casual” dentists before, but this is not like any other chain dentist that I’ve been to. Dr. Haynes cared about me, listened, took the time to come up with a plan that felt right for me, and had a great bedside manner. It was like my hometown private practice dentist, but in a much more affordable format. Online booking was an ease, they took my insurance, and set me up with a great cleaning plan for my teeth. The office manager, x-ray tech, and hygienist that worked with me were kind, considerate, relatable, and had confidence in their work that eased my fear of the dentist. Overall it was a 10/10 experience, and I’ve already referred my mom to switch dentists. I will definitely make this my new full-time dental practice for my family. I do not do reviews, but felt this needed to be said so others can benefit from the excellent care that they offer at Round Rock Aspen Dental."

"I came in with a toothache. The staff at the Round Rock location were all super friendly and very informative. The dentist went into detail explaining what was going on with my tooth. Other dentist at other places I’ve seen have simply just said “here is what we can do.” Dr. Talisha Mason is top notch. She listened to what I had to say and took the direction I wanted to take respectfully. Thank you for a pleasant experience!"

"I have an incredibly deep fear of the dentist I haven't been in over 10 years and the staff there was so amazing. They didn't make me feel bad or gross and really encouraged me through the whole process. They explained everything they were doing as they went through the process and it really put my mind at ease. Dr. Samantha was incredible and so sweet. I can't remember the name of the tech who did my cleaning but WOW she's wonderful at what she does and you can tell she has a passion for what she does. AMAZING staff and amazing office I'm so glad I chose to come here. Thank you for making a heart racing experience peaceful for me."
