Throughly explained everything in simple terms. Put up images and showed exactly what the procedure would involve. I usually have extreme anxiety when at the dentist. Not this time. Very good bedside manner and a gentle touch!! This is the place to get outstanding results. Look no further, trust:)"

"Excellent experience. From the surgeon, Dr. O, to the nurses and office staff I felt very cared for. Dr. O & his Assistant made sure I knew what was going on, that I was not feeling any pain at all etc. They were genuine in their concern for my feelings and well being. After surgery, I was given everything I needed to heal at home, sufficient pain meds, antibiotics & antiseptic mouth wash etc. I am feeling better much now, day 3 of healing. Pain is managed. Better days ahead thanks to the team. 5 stars, 10/10. Thank you, Carus team & Dr. O!"

"This office is very unorganized. My dad was in town and was in really bad pain. He needed a tooth extracted. We needed to get approval from his PCP and cardiologist. Carus called me on Monday to say they got the paperwork and had an opening on Wednesday, but we chose to keep his standing appointment that was on Thursday, due to my kids school schedule. The night before his scheduled appointment I get a call that they don’t have the paperwork and will need to reschedule. Unfortunately, he’s headed back home soon, which means he won’t get the surgery and will have to start all over when he gets home. If they had told me they did not have the paperwork the first time they called I would’ve called the doctors to ensure they sent over the forms. So now my dad will continue to be in pain over the holiday, and we wasted a whole day driving to their office, getting a consultation, etc. It was a total waste of time and energy. So frustrating!"

"I got my wisdom teeth extraction here and am so thankful I did. I'm deathly afraid of needles and anesthesia, yet Maria and Ally, especially Maria, were exceptional at making me feel comfortable while they administered the sedative. Maria was so so kind and patient, checking up after the procedure via phone as well. The healing process was very smooth, and the whole experience was great!"

"There were no accommodations offered to my elderly and disabled mother during the visit. The nurse came off was very abrupt and seemingly impatient with my mother and me when asking for additional information and the surgeon wasn't very gragatious, so speaking with him was a little awkward and off putting. This all on top of the fact that the office had no air conditioning and the appointment started at least 30 minutes after it's schedule time. There was also an unwillingness to do the necessary work to obtain their required sign off from the VA. I've never been in a doctor's office that just didn't want to call another doctor's office to get what they said they needed. Since the appointment, and the weeks following, I've called to follow up on the pending info, they do not answer the phones regularly. All this has led us to cancel the appointment and look for another surgeon. It's a lot to ask someone to trust you with surgery when you can't get basic stuff done. This was a stark contrast to the experience we had at Carus Dental offices."
