"Poor customer service. A/C issues. Cadillac. Just parked, guy looks at me like what I'm doing there. 1st thing out of his mouth is if i have an appointment. I say no, then i say A/C issues, next thing out of his mouth is he's not going to work on Cadillac A/C . Fine, but damm, check your attitude. Unnecessary."
