I had asked for help in figuring out why I was losing tire pressure in two of my tires. They found the issue (where others had failed) and even came and got me to go examine the tires and explain the situation. I was very impressed and pleased with my experience at this Infiniti dealership."

Even the lead technician called to Ask if there’s anything else he needed to know about my car that he could look at while it was in there."

"The day before A holiday I didn’t expect much. But the service department returned my call immediately and scheduled me in for that afternoon for maintenance. And on my way to my appointment an issue surfaced with my car. The service advisor identified the problem immediately, but stated because it was before a major holiday parts would not be available at that time. I Requested a quote for the repair in hopes that it could happen the following week. Still very discouraged with this outcome, I was pleasantly surprised that the service shop repaired that problem that same day! In addition, the atmosphere was very comfortable. I enjoyed the coffee, the peacefulness and the chat I had with the sales rep as I waited. Great service overall!"

"Service area is clean and nicely enclosed area. The waiting area is also well done and comfortable as you wait for your car service. The attendants were courteous and polite and attentive. My one small area they could improve is the courteous car wash at the end of the service. They promote a hand wash car wash and from a luxury car dealer one would expect a good wash (as these are high end cars); customers of Infiniti expect top notch service from beginning to end and this includes the quality of the wash. And my vehicle was returned to me not well cleaned at all. In fact I could get a better mechanical car wash from a gas station compared to the dealership “hand wash”. Disappointing conclusion to good start and car service performance."
