"This is the worst nail experience I ever had. The lady was sweet in the beginning until the end. I asked for square French tips with glitter. She finished with one of my hands and I put it in the UV light . I had my hand under the UV light for 3 minutes . I did my other hand the exact same way. After they were supposedly cure, I went to wash my hands . All the glitter started to come off. I went back and told her and she got mad and told me that I didn’t place my hand right in the UV light . I didn’t know there was a certain way to place your hand under the UV light ? Also before I went to tell her that the glitter . I showed her my hand and she asked me if I knew how to wash my hands . The set I got took 2 hours. Needless to say this is the worst experience I’ve ever had, and I’ll never return back ."

"I had my worst nail experience here! I asked for a basic French with an almond shape. As he was doing my nails he looked worried/confused. The shape of my nails are all different and none of them are actually almond, even though I constantly told him to shape them better. Not to mention all of nails are clumpy/bumpy and don’t have smooth nail application. As for the French Tip, it was a mediocre paint job but the shape of my nails made it worse. And it took 2hrs!!!!I almost wanted to cry!!!! Overall I believe they don’t have a good business. Most of them are inexperienced when it comes to manicures!!!!"

"One of the nail techs told my daughter she could not get designs on her nails bc “her mom didn’t have enough money.” I know I wasn’t all dressed up.. but were doing something fun after she had a dr’s appt. We do have enough money for whatever she wanted. And the nails don’t look that good. Awful experience."

"This is my go to place to get nails,but if you like the skin on your fingers to stay un drilled go to anyone but the girl with half black half blonde hair respectfully. I have given her 3 chances thinking maybe I was catching her in a bad mood. She redid my nails 7 times in one session on the 4th try I told her I would be okay with solid colors instead of the nails I had originally wanted but she was insistent on still trying. 2 and a half ours later she said it wasn't working in an angry tone and I left disappointed. I usually get designs on my nails but this time it was simple ND the other times she's done my nails theres been splotches in the paint, I've had holes in my skin from the drill and they've been crooked. The older woman the the other people are nice I just wouldn't trust that person if you go..."
