"Took my son here and they did a great job. Came back a while later for a trim for myself and I'm heart broken. I had a different woman, her name was something like rainwater. She did a terrible job. I understand you get what you pay for, but I only wanted a simple trim, thought anyone who's been to cosmetology school could hadn't such a simple request. I was wrong. Lost way more length than I wanted, even more than she seemed to intend. She just kept trying to get it even and taking more and more. I ended up recutting it myself at home because it was just so blunt and not what I asked for. Also, didn't notice the first time but it just didn't seem like the cleanest place."
