"The bald Mexican told me on Sunday when I walked in that he closes at 6 to come back tomorrow so I did when I walked in nobody was there but him he was playing on his phone when I walked back in he told me because I was female he couldn't cut my hair there is no signs saying men only and i have a boy cut style. he rude and unprofessional went to Coulter Kat amazing and apologized for him she did not have 2 but made my day better"
"I went in for a color. I wanted dark roots with the rest blonde. My hair was already blonde. I informed Tanya that my hair will only hold blonde the only part that will hold any color is the roots. Which is why I wanted the dark roots with blonde. All she had to do was touch it up. She proceeded to go on saying we should just color it dark then do blonde highlights I finally caved and told her that’s fine as long all she does highlights all over I made it clear I wanted to stay blonde. She colored my hair the dark color all the way around then told me she wasn’t going to put blonde in it. If hairdresser doesn’t feel comfortable doing something they should state that BEFORE touching the hair not in the MIDDLE of it. Now my hair is a dark color that I didn’t even want. I went in with blonde hair for blonde hair and came out with no blonde just a dark brown that didn’t want to begin with."
