"Adrian and Matthew are excellent service advisors. During every visit, they verified each concern I had in detail and were always friendly and helpful. Work by the technicians was completed in a timely manner and when they needed extra time, they rescheduled me for a later date rather than hold onto my car for an extended period of time. Loaners were always available. Of all the service centers I've been to, this has provided me with the best and most timely service."

"We went to see the Cybertruck that was on display and we were greeted by Ben (Sales Team) who was explaining all the features in the truck. I want to thank Ben from Houston League City for his exceptional service and his help to get the exact model looked up for our purchase of the Model Y and explaining all the details when we visited to see the Cybertruck in the showroom there. He also helped us by following up and explaining to us the missing pieces that we had to do online to get the car purchase done asap. We were waiting on the Registration page not knowing why it was not progressing and he looked up our order and told us exactly what was missing and guided us through the entire process to make it super smooth! He also called in the service center in San Antonio to help us expedite the delivery as the delivery times we got was later than what we needed."

"Excellent customer service: (This is a temporary review, since our Tesla is still in service with this Service center. But I wanted to write a review while my memory was fresh; I will update if things change.) We had just finished charging our car at the Tesla Super Charger nearby when we got warnings that we didn't have enough voltage to start the car. We called AAA and League City Towing (awesome tow driver!) towed us to this Service Center. We don't live nearby (we had just returned from a cruise departing from Galveston) and this was pretty stressful. When we got to Tesla, I believe they were actually closed for Service, but someone from Tesla Service helped us anyway, and invited us to stay in their lobby (freshly stocked with Espresso, snacks and free wifi), while they started work on our car immediately. We all hoped this was just an issue with the 12V battery, so they tested that first, hoping we could fix this quickly. Unfortunately, it turned out to be something more complicated, so they set us up with a loaner (same make as our Tesla) so we could go home while they work on our car. This was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had from an auto service center. We were really worried about what we would do to get home (3.5 hours away), and they just took care of everything. The car is still in service, and waiting to see how that turns out. But up to this point, this was really excellent customer service and Tesla Service at this location really got us out of a jam. Thanks!"

"Today's visit to see the Tesla Cyber Truck was an exceptional experience, thanks largely to Andrew's expertise. His knowledge about the Cyber Truck is impressive, and his friendly, attentive demeanor made our visit even more enjoyable. Andrew was not only well-versed in the details of the Cyber Truck but also happy to share his knowledge, which greatly enhanced our understanding and appreciation of the vehicle. For those interested in seeing the Cyber Truck, it's worth noting that it will be on display in the showroom for a week starting from November 30th. Highly recommend visiting for a truly informative and pleasant experience."

"Took a delivery of a Model Y at this location. At the point of delivery, we saw scratches on our brand new car. Showed it to staff who took the car back and brought it back with a wet paint scribble on surface (where there weren’t original scratches). We complained to staff who dismissed it as “well, he is new and was trying to help.” Except our brand new car looks like amateur paint practice. Long story short, my wife was told, she couldn’t swap the car, couldn’t leave it at the lot, and there was no onsite fix. But if she took delivery, either the sales manager, John Michael or GM, Michael Proctor would call her the same day to help replace or repaint the panel properly. It has been couple of days and we have not heard anything from either one. Nor have we received a resolution thus far. We were so excited about our first Tesla. Absolutely ruined what should’ve been an awesome car buying experience! Take ownership and make it right please!"
