"My last service before, yesterday’s on February 19, I got a high mileage full service oil change for 5000 miles oil life as usual. When I stopped there last month to get that oil change, I was printed on the windshield sticker a mileage oil capacity of 195,213 miles. Meaning the mileage when I stopped in would’ve got 190,213 on that last service. Yesterday when I went to do the up to 3000 mile top off policy, my mileage was 193,147 miles. I was under the 3000 mile mark. But the service technicians looked at the system and said I was in at 189, 213 miles, which would be a 6000 mile oil capacity distance. I was denied my top off regretfully and was told that my oil level was “Bone dry”. I also wanted them to check a leak. I discovered a couple hours later at a parking lot which I was not sure if it was brake fluid or oil and a certain fairly rapid leak dripping a visible drop of a fluid about every second. I asked them to investigate where they can pinpoint the leak. They told me with sure confidence that it was the rear main engine seal, going to the flywheel before the transmission. I just had my vehicle transmission rebuilt with a one-year warranty 2 1/2 months prior with about 7000 miles on that service. So thinking it may be a warranty coverage. I drove straight to the Hitchcock transmission shop where the work was performed and spoke to the owner and physically did the work of the transmission. He got up underneath the vehicle and inspected the rear main seal and affirmed there was no new leak or any leak visible and in fact, there was no oil leak or brake fluid leak either that it was radiator fluid. My fluids of windshield washer fluid were topped off at Take, 5 but not the coolant reservoir. And the oil level, I refilled only 2 quarts to the full line, after purchasing oil at Rileys auto parts. The radiator fluid leak turned out to be a simple clamp that had slid back from the fitting on the small radiator hose next to the lower main radiator hose, and upon adjusting it, stopped the radiator fluid leak. I don’t know how the mileage from my vehicle service could be different than a sticker that was printed off and applied by the technician on my service last January? And I’m definitely disgusted with the false “sure” diagnosis by the technician(s), of an oil leak that was not a fact, or even the fluid leaking. I noticed the prices have gone up and the service quality has gone down. I’m not confident anymore to have my vehicle serviced there. And I’m definitely not impressed with my experience yesterday."

"Very quick service. I came on a Sunday and there was no wait. Before I pulled up to the ramp, the worker already had a water bottle and offered it to me. They guided the car to the designated spot and asked what type of oil I need. The oil change was quick, they also offered a complimentary tire pressure check while the oil was being replaced. I also got window wipers that were installed all within 10 minutes. Extremely fast service, reasonably priced"

"Good service here. I got the oil change + state inspection combo, got $25 off the oil change by doing so. The people were nice, but I was allowed to get out of my car for the inspection, and I had to get back into my car for them to change the oil. I understand that this is their policy, but it felt silly. They talked to me throughout and showed me what they were doing in both parts. Clean facility. I did not make any reservation and I had service within 15 minutes."

"Went to get my oil change around 5pm. The technicians were obviously high. They ripped out my dipstick tube put it back wherever it can hold in place and sent me on my way with a leaking motor. I drove 15 miles before I noticed the cloud of smoke from my engine so I had to leave it there they had their sketch mechanic replace the tube and told me I can have 3 free oil changes. Not knowing the extent of the damage they cause to my vehicle. Don’t take your vehicle here. You will regret it."
