"Clear Lake Nissan did a great job of fixing our car and letting us know what was going on they each step off the process. Rating one less than 5 stars due to issues with easily getting a rental for this warranty service. After some frustration and a few calls we were in a rental but should not have been told we could wait till the next day to come back and get one. I'll listen to my gut next time. Overall, very satisfied with the work that was done on our transmission. Hopefully something can be done about the a/c fan issues we are now having immediately after getting the car back."

"Usually their service is fairly good. However, last time they lost my wheel cup during the service. Manager promised the substitution, but they never called me during these 3 months. Not sure that I want go there again. There are other more responsible services"
