"Been there twice, so far. First to get my kids teeth cleaned, second to get one cavity removed/ crown added. This group of people have their ducks in a row. Got called in at 11:00 for an 11:00 appointment…Start to finish was 30 minutes. Highly proficient with her skills. Confused by the 1 star experiences… my kids even mentioned how they like this dentist better than the last."

"We have seen Dr. McCandless twice. The first time, we came to see her, she was short, blunt, and completely honest about the condition of my daughters teeth. Some parents might not appreciate her straightforward approach (by reading some of her other reviews) but I found it to be incredibly honest and gave me a better understanding of my daughters situation. She offered a treatment plan, pain management, and advice. Today, we had her treatment done under IV sedation. Dr. McCandless is incredibly compassionate and her team is supportive and highly competent. The anesthesia team is extremely comforting and helped put our daughter and us as parents at ease. They keep someone in the room with the patient at all times to monitor vitals and ensure everyone stays safe. Also, the final bill was much less expensive than anticipated...which I’m sure isn’t something anyone should ever expect but, it was a nice surprise. I highly recommend this Dentist and plan to return to her with my other children."

"I have absolutely no reservations about recommending Dr. McCandless and her wonderful staff. It was our first visit today and it was a wonderful experience from the customized sign welcoming new patients to the toys and free t-shirt. My almost 3 year old son loved it all. The assistant/hygienist was so great with my son explaining all of her tools before using any of them. She and Dr. McCandless made him feel very comfortable. Every staff member I met was so sweet and friendly. Even better, they take out dental insurance. Thanks for a great dental experience for my son!"
