"Absolutely phenomenal customer service. My toddler busted his two front teeth late in the evening and Dr. Kacie was kind enough to call that evening to talk through any dental emergency. The office got us in for an emergency appointment the next day and the entire staff was beyond friendly and accommodating as we unfortunately had to pull his two front teeth. They had him as calm as any two year old could be during this process. Not only did they go above and beyond and ensure he was taken care of and as comfortable as possible during the visit, we received another call that evening from Dr. Kacie checking on him! Next level care and as new residents of the area will be taking both children to them regularly for any and all dental needs. Highly recommended!"
"Wow! What an amazing doctor and staff!! I brought in three kids (ages 11 to 2) and made a mistake by coming in the day before the appointment. This amazing staff went above and beyond and worked us in! The facility was clean and super child friendly- my 2 year didn’t even want to leave. The dentist was kind and knowledgeable. She explained everything so well and with patience. The hygienists spoke to my boys and explained the importance of good oral health in a way that they understood. I felt so comfortable and taken care of. Amazing!!!"
