"Great cleaning and visit with dentist. We have a plan put together for upcoming treatments. Only concern was getting confirmation of insurance. This was after receiving a surprise bill last year not knowing previous insurance wasn’t accepted by Tropical. I had to push to get confirmation of new insurance before going back for my appointment yesterday. This should have been confirmed well before my appointment. Thanks!"
"This was my first time and the staff was amazing. However, my hygienist was a “temp” employee that was really rough during cleaning and didn’t know how to use the X-Ray machine. Very nice guy just needs a little more practice. I will be returning."
