"I had a great experience at this location. l Went in as a nervous wreck before oral surgery and Dr. Gendy and his excellent Assistants calmed me right down. He told me what to expect, he explained what would be happening and assured me that I was going to be okay. His Dental Assistants was there to hold my hand all the way, and before I knew it was all over. I came here thru the Veterans Community Caring Prrogram and I encourage Veterans to feel okay about going here. Dr. Gendy did a great job and I am at home healing.Thank you VA and thank you Dr. Gendy and Staff. See you in six months."

"My appointment was 9:00 I had X-rays,anaesthesia,tooth extraction,bone graph for my partial,stitches,and a color match for my partial in exactly 30 minutes! Wow!! Oh , and let’s not forget I did not feel one bit of pain! Thank you,Trinity Dental! I will never go anywhere else!"

"I have a very bad experience in this clinic, it is not very good for my teeth. I went to get a crown on two teeth, one that was broken and the other good and the one that was good hurts. I told the doctor that it hurt when I had my temporalis, when he went to remove it it hurt and he gave me anesthesia and he told me that it was the nerve that was taking a long time to heal. After 15 days I went with the same pain and he looked at me and He ran a little machine on my bottom teeth, and he told me the same thing about the other time. and it's been 4 months now and the tooth still hurts and bothers me "

"I don’t know how the reviews are so high for this place! While in waiting room an off duty cop came in ranting about how they messed up his teeth & he was going to sue. That should have been my que to leave! TEAM in Tomball gave me a voucher to be used at this place because I had pain & no insurance. Long story short some dental equipment wasn’t working so the dentist improvised. They did fillings with horrible yellow material that is never used for this purpose & “supposedly” performed a root canal on one tooth & a filling to the one beside it. Later to my horror after acquiring insurance & a new dentist I was in informed that my root was still in my tooth (no evidence of a root canal being performed). Due to the amount of time that passed & not knowing it was never performed the tooth couldn’t be saved. Also the tooth beside it that required a filling… now required a root canal or extraction. The dentist hit my nerve without even telling me!.. I went to another dentist who had a student in training & they were both mortified. The dentist told me it was a botched job. I’m thankful to her for fixing everything Trinity Dental did wrong! Definitely meeting with TEAM to provide pictures, and statements so they lose their funding & this doesn’t happen to anyone else! As a single mother it has cost me so much to repair what they did… 2 extractions with bone grafting, a partial, two implants, & a inlay. Trinity is truly the HOUSE OF HORRORS and should be shut down immediately! It’s 100x worse when u run into old staff that used to work there & they confide in u about the traumatizing stuff they witnessed. Do not I repeat Do not go here!"

"From the front door I was welcomed with a guest centric atmosphere that made me feel like family in a moment of self levity created by my own lack of dental hygiene and tooth preservation. I haven’t been to a dentist in over twenty years and unfortunately I had a hole in my tooth that was creating vast pain and discomfort! I honestly was scared! Faith was very patient and informative with all the information I needed before proceeding. Once I was welcomed and guided to room 5 by Isrrael aka Riley he greeted me with a smile and made me feel comfortable with casual conversation and offered me a movie as well as water . He made me feel at home by asking me questions about my interest. Brenda was so nice as well with a gently touch and a genuine sense of comfort! Lastly Dr.Meta was concerned and attentive of my comfort during the entire root canal , and beyond! My dentist for life !!! Amazing!!"
