They were very communicative, transparent about everything they diagnosed and even did their absolute best in getting a part that was on backorder for me. The cherry on top was that they left my car cleaner than I left it with since them and gave me a complimentary car wash. Service places had left mud in my car before so this was an important, small detail for me. The thing that separates them from any other repair shop though is their customer service. As someone who works in marketing the automotive industry, I understand the hassle of servicing a vehicle. However their advisor, Glenn made this as seamless of a process as I could imagine.
