"If you want the WORSE customer service go ahead and come here. Seems like every customer in front of us was upset and when it came to our turn we understand why! Lady was claiming she’s the owner to the upset customer in front of us, and then when we presented our issue to her she stated she needed to call “the owner” for approval. SMH. Shop guys were rude. I guess anything goes when it comes to making a quick buck eh?!"

"I stopped today at this Gomez Tire #2 location looking to patch up a tire stuck with a nail. After a quick assessment, I was told 2 more also had nails in them! In addition to this, they were close to the sidewall so they couldn't be fixed. Two of them barely had any thread left on them. Not expecting much, I asked what was the price for a set of 4 used tires. Thanks to Raphael, I got a great deal on 4 used tires for $190.00 (I initially thought all 4 were Michellin brand but only got 2) which included balancing as well. Service was reasonably fast. They were done and we were set to go in approximately 40 minutes. I will update my review in the near future should I experience any problems. In the meantime, if you're on a budget and need to repair or replace a tire, stop by this Gomez Tire location."
