"Friend told me he went to this car washed and had a good experience so I drove all the way from Houston , N eldridge to try . They were so rushed to sell me every car wash detail , and rushed me off my car when I took some white kitchen trash bags to put all my paperwork and work stuff , the hispanic lady speak not a word of English , she nod her head and look at the trunk so I was assured it’s not trash . When I collect my car the white kitchen trash bag is gone!! My paperwork from work and stuff from the console is not there ! As I was the last few customer before they close , I had a sleepless night waiting for them to reopen the next day. Lesson learn , don’t let them rush you. Don’t let them throw your stuff , do it yourself . They employed non English speaking stuff that should be trained . Disappointed ."

"Please avoid this place at all costs. I unfortunately had my car damaged from the poor quality of their car wash. The hood of my car, and also parts of my windshield, have scratches all running in the same direction as if rocks and other debris were caught in the car wash brushes. I cannot recommend this place for anyone. Update 12.23: I spoke to the manager Jorge regarding this issue. The only response he could offer was to "prove to me" that his car wash was not the cause of damage to my car. All the proof I need is that I did not have these damages prior to getting a car wash here, and that these damages appeared after getting my car wash here."
