Brake Check

"My experience was horrible from the beginning til now. They replaced my front brakes, took 8 hours with an appointment. Customer service is horrible not once did they update me on my car. After it was completed, I drove my car home and immediately started squeaking. I contacted the manager, he said return on Monday. I did return it, another 5 hours still not fix. To make a long story short, I took it in back 2 more times. My car wasn’t fixed and I was given a horrible attitude from the manager. Do not take your car to this location. I wasn’t able to get my money back nor my car was never fixed. And today I have to take it back and I’m afraid of the bad energy. Wish me luck."

"(Edited)... This was my first time using this service. The brake pedal on my vehicle was going all the way down to the floor. So, I scheduled an appointment online to see if the guys at this location could figure it out. Rico, attempted to replace my Master Cylinder and discovered later that the Replacement was Also defective. He said that he'd have to order a New One from the Dealership and he'd contact us when it comes in. We spent over $600 for a Defective Master Cylinder and we still have to Pump the Vehicle's Brake Pedal in order for the Car to Stop. The Main Reason we came there, was because we felt that the vehicle was unsafe to drive. It makes a person feel that they were cheated, when they spend that much money, wait for over three hours and the Vehicle's in basically the same condition as when you brought it in for servicing. The funds we spent for nothing, should've been Refunded. We wasted a Whole Day at this Location, hoping to get something productive done. This Story gets longer but, I'll spare you the grief. I don't know how long it's going to take for Rico to get back with us but hopefully it's Soon - before anything transpires involving a Defective Master Cylinder provided by this Location. Labor only took 1.5, also they communicated with me from start to finish, the checkup was free and if I didn’t want service at the moment, it would have been fine without paying anything.
