"I came in at 9:10 for a 9:30 appointment for a 25k service. The lines at every service queue were out into the parking lot. After 10 minutes I was sufficiently close to leave my truck ( so it couldn’t be driven off) and go inside. I waited another 45 minutes in the inside line to book the truck in for a simple service. I was told it would be 1 1/2 to 2 hours and that the only thing they were going to do was rotate the tires. So an hour+ waiting in line and 2 hours+ to do something another shop can do in 30 minutes. What a waste of time. Never again - I will find another shop for service. In simpler terms - service at Toyota of Katy sucks. Doesn’t seem to be any need to book an appointment as it does not matter once you are the dealership. There are no priority lines for people that have booked. However, they did send me at least 5 texts about the appointment - texts were coming at the rate of 1 or 2 a day - LOL - useless."
