"This place is a scam. Completely unprofessional, dishonest never will I bring another vehicle, nor will I recommend anyone to take their vehicle to this underhanded mechanic. If you want to call him that. Quoted us a transmission rebuild with a complete solenoid kit for 5000+ dollars. Specifying $1500 in material +20 hours labor. Keep in mind he specified these details on his own. We did not request any specifications on the quote. Continue to inform us that it would take at least two days to receive parts and then respectively start the 20 hours of labor once all parts were obtained. He would not start the parts order nor any of the labor until we paid a $3100 down payment. Not a problem that was done and we left. We get a call back from him three days later saying that the car is complete and ready to go. So two days for material +20 hours which is an equivalent to two days as well that would be four days on a generous side that we should have received the car back. ever so when question about the hours that were worked on the car, he continued to let us know that it was not a literal hours “it was an industry standard quote, basically informing us that he worked nowhere near 20 hours on the vehicle, but he was still charging us for working 20 hours on the vehicle. When I explain to him that this was unfair and bad business practice, he continued to inform me that I was speaking from a place of ignorance. What happened to customer service, honesty, and integrety? Does not exist here, but hell if a front end sale. So if you would like to get ripped off, go ahead and take your car there. I’m sure he’ll be happy to hand out another screwing. I wouldn’t let this dude change my oil."

"I am a small business owner that relies on my Ram 3500 dully to stay on the road. When my input shaft broke on a Tuesday night and I called My Transmission Experts to fix it. They were more than helpful in trying to get my truck to the shop. Mike and Al got started on taking it out first thing Wednesday morning. they had it transmission out before noon and parts ordered. Shane had it taken apart very shortly after. After cleaning it up and replacing worn parts and waiting for the new input shaft. The crew had it back together and road ready by Friday! The quick turn around and the constant communication from the office made me feel great about the job. I thank each and everyone of the guys there for doing such a good job and a speedy job!!!"
