"The service was superb!! They were able to fit me in for an oil change with an appt same day. The parking lot looked packed so it worried me I'd be longer than they said but, no.. they jumped right on it within 10 min and I was out the door in about 30 min after that. I received a text with all points checked on my car with pictures and a few reminders of what I might want to look forward to checking in the future. Good to know! They offer a great deal on 4 oil changes, 4 tire rotations and a state inspection, even one with Mobile One!! Totally worth it. Thank you for taking care of me and my new baby BMW!!"

"I love the customer service. I love how everyone take the time to make sure that they explain everything that is going on from start to finish, and make sure you have a good understanding. I love how nice and friendly everyone are. I think it is great that they offer shuttle service if you are not waiting for your vehicle to be serviced. I also think it is very nice that they offer beverages and I even heard an associate offer a customer a freshly baked cookie lol. Overall I like the services I have received so far, and I am glad that I have started coming here."

"Awful alignment I received from this place. The only proper thing they did was giving me a refund since it is their obligation as they messed up so badly. They damaged my right rear shock absorber, it does not take rocket science to KNOW that a rod should not be touching against a shock absorber, and to KNOW that the wheels should not be uneven when comparing them one to another. They told me “fyi maybe take it to a performance shop next time” Unbelievable, the only thing you had to do to adjust these bars were to loosen up 2 bolts one from the front and one from the back with an Allen key and adjust it with your HAND. I did it myself and this was my first and last time going to a mechanic."

"This was my first visit at the N Fry Rd location and I must say that I was impressed. The staff were friendly and honest people who showed excellent customer service. The waiting area was cozy with ambience, cute seasonal decor and a clean bathroom. They even have a shuttle to pick up and drop off clients in the area if needed. I’m grateful and happy to say I’ve had nothing but positive interactions with everyone who works there. :) Jonathan went above and beyond to offer me water, breakdown the best options for me to take care of my car without feeling like I’m breaking the bank. I have to add that they allow for payment plan options!!! This is the first automotive I’ve seen that has this! Also, with a flashlight showed me what exactly was wrong with my car and explained to me how the mechanics worked. I definitely know how women can be taken advantage of as we are assumed to not know much about cars. So, I appreciated the genuine care so much as if he was speaking to his own sister. Needless to say, I found my new go-to auto mechanic shop!"
