"I have a 2019 Toyota Tundra, and I have been to Katy Auto Collision on two occasions. Overall, I am greatly pleased by the quality of service and turn around time with both my experiences. I appreciate Jonas's candidness and helpfulness throughout the whole process, which is why I would highly recommend Katy Auto to anyone who needs a repair or vehicle service. The first time I visited Katy Auto was for a left fender/door bender I had while towing a trailer. I was pulling up to a gas station to put gas at night, and while I was trying to pay attention to the rear of the trailer in my side view mirror, I completely did not see the concrete guard pillar that I hit because my truck was taller than it. Once I filed a claim to State Farm, all I had to do was drop off my truck and give Katy Auto my truck key and my claim number. I didn't have to do anything else. I told Jonas that I was going to be out of town for business and for work for a month, and ideally, it would be nice to have my repairs done right when I returned to town, but that he did not have to worry about having the repairs done much sooner. Sure enough, a month later, a few days before I arrived back in town, I got a call from him saying that my truck was repaired, cleaned, and ready to be picked up. (Before and after pictures below). The second time I visited Katy Auto collision was for a catalytic converter theft. Because the theft happened on a Saturday, I drove my vehicle home. On Sunday, I filed a claim with State Farm, and on Monday, I called Katy Auto to see if they could tow my truck to their shop. I also asked Jonas if he could procure me a catalytic converter cover and install it onto my truck to deter future thefts. This time, all I had to do was give my key to the tow truck driver, let him tow my truck, and then give Katy Auto my claim number again. Again, I didn't have to do anything else. I got a call about three weeks later that my truck was again repaired, cleaned, and ready to be picked up. To give more context, this was actually the second time my catalytic converter had been stolen. The first time was right when the pandemic started in March 2020. Back then, these catalytic converter thefts were not as common or organized as today, so procuring the Toyota OEM parts was fairly easy. It only took about two weeks for my truck to be repaired. Today, finding all of the Toyota OEM parts or even a catalytic converter cover is hard to come by with lead times being anywhere from one to three months depending on the business. My understanding is that there are lots of business politics with different dealers and companies hoarding and inflating the prices of these parts because of their high demand and limited supply. The fact that Jonas and his team got this whole repair done, plus dealing with State Farm estimators and procuring the parts, in three weeks is truly impressive. Because of my good experiences with Katy Auto, I'm going to see if I can come back and have them install a full guard steel front bumper with some fancy off-roading lights, a steel rear bumper a rooftop rack, some ditch lights, skid plates, rock sliders, and an upgraded suspension package. Just have to start saving!"

"I must say that the ratings hold true here. Hector has been my person of contact. He is very professional and yet somehow remains very committed to his customer's satisfaction. He has kept me in the loop on every important decision made. Apparently, he works very closely with his boss, whom I need to add, has allowed Hector and his team to move freely enough not to stiffle their artistic abilities. I am so satisfied at this point that it makes me want to paint another car. My car is now finished. 5/4/2023. Hector and his team did so much more than just paint my car. I paid extra, and they delivered extra. We had a small punch list at the end, but Hector made sure that it was taken care of. I have been told that if I find anything else that I should bring it back to them. I do highly recommend Katy Auto Collision."
