My partners daughter had an accident in her 2018 Kia Forte and I wasn't willing to report to insurance for repairs. Walked in on a busy Friday and had a great quote emailed to me Tuesday morning. I proceeded with the repairs and was informed of progress every step of the way. The repairs were back to OEM. We were so pleased with the work and customer service that I brought my 2020 X5 XDrive40i in for service and received the same exceptional service on all fronts. Since then, he has earned the title of my sole/exclusive mechanic. He has serviced and or repaired our 2021 228i XDrive as well. We are always greeted with smiles and excellent workmanship.
