"Had a check engine light on as well as experiencing a misfire and needed to get the inspection done. I brought it in an explained my issues and they were quick with the diagnosis as well as the repair. They even replaced a door handle I had in the backseat that I had planned to install myself.(Thank you) I think above and beyond is an understatement of the customer service I received. I will be a repeat customer and encourage anyone looking for a total car care provider to patronize them."
"I came there from a spur of the moment situation as my car wasn't starting and overheating like crazy was just up the street, was able to get there and told Sam what was going on. Narrowed it down to my coolant line having a tear in it. He cut the line re-secured it and even put a little coolant in there. Mans saved me from what would've been a $5k+ cost. Respect to this man and will probably always go back to this shop specifically."
"Thank YOU Sam! Even though I had just replaced 4 tires, my car was still shaking. Sam spent like 30 minutes going through everything to see what the issue was with my car including driving my car. Nothing glaring stood out like motor mount, rotors, suspension, etc. He recommended to go get a tire alignment (which was the issue). He did not charge me anything for all his time he could had used for his own personal use or working on other vehicles. He said if I needed the rotors and pads replaced to bring it by him which didn't need it right away but would in the near future. I just had to leave a tip and will bring my car in for rotors/pads in the future. Thank YOU Sam!"
