"I didn't like the experience. Initially impressed with the reviews and have towed my car there. Pros: Honest with analysis that car battery was bad. (Mechanic was good) Cons: Charging 140 dollars with newbattery (100) + service (40). Acting as if they ordered a battery outside but it was made at their shop. Owner was rude when i tried to find out about the progress. I felt that owner is greedy and I see dishonesty written all over. Not a pleasant experience. If given a chance i would never go back again."

"I had a rental truck with a nasty looking scuff on the bumper and was worried I’d end up with a hefty insurance deductible when I turned the truck back in, so I brought it here to JLee to get an estimate. The owner came out and looked at it and went back inside. Then returned with some clear liquid and rubbed it on the scuff marked and the entire thing disappeared before my eyes like magic! I thought for sure I’d owe at least something for the service, but he refused to accept any payment. What a great guy. I was so grateful. And for that great treatment I will surely take all my vehicles here in the future."
