Further, ignore any negative posts...these folks are always the outlier customer population that are rarely satisfied or genuinely understand what they're complaining about. "Chris & team always do a thorough job and take care of their customers. Have had very good history in taking multiple cars to Chris. Most recently our Ford Escape which was having intermittent stalling issues in idle. Google research showed this was a common problem but one dealerships and other repair shops had a very difficult time accurately diagnosing. Chris examined the car a couple of times, all the while doing extensive research to ensure he had the best solution before deep diving into a repair. Once he felt he had the solution, he called to explain his plan and get my approval. We went ahead with it and so far the car has been performing perfectly. No issues whatsoever which makes me extremely pleased and much more comfortable with my family driving the car.
