"I love Grease Monkey. They don’t speak to me like I’m a “woman”. I can come here and not be taken advantage of. I know enough about cars that when someone starts trying to upsell things to me that I know I don’t need, it’s a turn off. These guys are so honest and they don’t try to take advantage of us. I drive 2 hours and 45 min to come here for my oil changes because I live in a small town about 160 miles away. It’s affordable and they make my husband and I feel comfortable. He can happily send me here on my own because he knows I won’t be “man-splaned” a bunch of jargon and taken advantage of. I will only come here. Y'all are the best!"

"Fast, friendly, honest, fairly priced. I came in today to get a vehicle inspection and oil change. I was directed to a bay by a friendly man with a big smile. It happened to be the owner. My first impression was one of cleanliness. Everything was clean, in order, and the maintenance bay looked immaculate. The staff does not receive commissions for upselling things they recommend…like changing a cabin air filter…so they bring the filter to you to show you and let you make a pressure-free decision. I really like that. As I was in the waiting room, the owner came by and checked on the waiting patrons several times, asking if they’d like coffee, water, or light snacks. Not common for any of the oil change places I’ve been to before! Maybe like you, I’ve seen my share of oil change businesses and have had some okay experiences and some downright bad ones. But this one is the best I’ve ever had. I highly recommend you stop by."

"They are the only oil change service that I've used in the last year. Today, they informed me that the oil dip stick broken almost in half, and 3 out of 4 ball joints on the front end are blown out, the shocks are blown out and so are all the bushings on the front end, the oil pan is leaking as well as the rear differential. In October, all they said was that the front differential was dirty and that everything was fine. Did they over grease my ball joints that were installed brand new 2 years ago? How did all these problems arise in the last 3000 miles? How does a dip stick get broken when they are the last to touch it? I asked them to tell me more about the ball joints possibly being over greased, and the technician or service advisor just walked away."
