"Christian greeted me at the door. Explained that we're on a road trip from Kansas City he happily grabbed a battery tester and computer device. Christian quickly diagnosed our van's issue and my worry faded. The O'Reilly's store had everything I needed in stock. Christian lent me a tool and I got to work fixing the issue. I returned the tools and thanked him, expressing my thanks with a couple of PayDay candy bars. His solution took away my stress and made our ride far more enjoyable."
