"This was my first time at Elite and must admit that I did have some bit of hesitancy after an initial miscommunication. My concerns were more than allayed by my subsequent experience. I try to keep my vehicles in as clean and well detailed condition as possible, and though the hail damage I experienced was not major, it was present all over the vehicle. I did not want to leave it to someone that would not take the same level of care as I would. Each time I visited the business I was promptly greeted and treated with professionalism and respect. The place was clean and organized; I felt comfortable immediately. Not only was the vehicle restored to like new condition, they went the extra mile by also repairing some door dings that the car had picked up with normal use. The vehicle was ready a day ahead of schedule and was delivered to me after a good washing and detailing. They dealt with the insurance company for me and were able to work it so that there were no out of pocket expenses on my end. A couple of days after taking delivery of the car, I noticed a couple of marks on the hood as I was washing it. Though it was not associated with anything that he had done, Chris repaired them at no charge. He also took the opportunity to suggest an upgrade that will help me keep my car in good condition longer. I would have no problem recommending this establishment for any type of repair that they offer. They obviously take pride in the service that they offer, and their 21 years of experience shows in everything they do."
