"After paying for a oil change. I only received an oil change without NEW oil filter. Is there a separate fee for receiving a new oil filter when purchasing an oil change? So disappointed. My original oil filter was not changed out. not going back."

I wish I knew the name of the man who was checking people in and out at the register. He was so polite and helpful to all of the customers."

It may turn out that they will provide you with a bunch of additional problems, as well as additional monetary expenses. Be careful who you trust with your car!!! After these “professionals” you need to check everything!!! And for them I lost my working day!!! take care of yourself and good luck everyone!!!!"

"I went to get an oil change and they forgot to put my cap back on, I drove about 20 miles and smelled something funny. I stopped at HEB and opened my hood and saw there was oil everywhere!!! My cap missing. I am not an expert on cars but my guess is if I had not stopped to look, which I should have confidence enough in the people who worked on my car to not have to… I would have had major issues. I will be back tomorrow for a refund. The guys were nice but this shouldn’t have happened to me"
