"Absolutely amazing customer service right here. I was in an unfamiliar area when I had a tire blow out - a situation I have never dealt with before and was admittedly trying not to freak out. Roadside service through my insurance was going to take at least an hour to get to me to help change my tire. Happened to call this location on a whim in hopes they may be able to help me. Gary WALKED over to where I was, and he and AJ took care of changing my tire for me. They even took me over to the lobby of their shop so I wouldn’t be standing outside by my car while they changed the tire. Their friendly/selfless and quick service was a true blessing when I needed it most and I will absolutely use them for service when needed and recommend them to anyone. I cannot thank y’all enough for your help!"

"Received a recommendation to come to this location. I was told about how the manager is fantastic and we'll get well taken care of. Well, I hope that people are getting that level of service, because my daughter did not. I helped her drop the car off on Monday. A week later, still nothing. I hear mechanics are busy, so fine, we'll wait a little longer. We had a specific noise coming from a specific wheel (driver's side front). When they finally got back to us, they recommended a generic bunch of repairs that included the wheel in question, but nothing indicating they actually investigated the source of the noise. They finally ordered the diagnostic on Thursday (had the car 10 days at this point). Diagnostic wasn't completed until the following Monday (had the car 14 days). Estimated they could have the repairs done on next day Tuesday (15 days). Called about coming to get the car on Tuesday, and they had ordered the wrong parts and so it wouldn't be ready until Wednesday (16 days). When asked for a discount for the lack of attention between when we authorized the diagnostic (Thursday) and when the diagnostic was completed (Monday), they wouldn't budge. So yeah, we have more work to do done, but we'll keep on shopping for someone that doesn't rely on techs that find it just as easy to ignore us as get our work done. EDIT- I did reach out to Spike, as encouraged in his response. I did not receive a reply."

"I suggest you come here for your car registration requirement - the required Yearly Vehicle Inspection. Initially, we were told to expected a 20 - 25 minute wait. They work faster than lightening! In under 9 minutes our car was done, paid for, got our paperwork & were out the door! Beautiful, quiet & comfy large waiting room.. We are very impressed at their service, & politeness. (Yes, there is a Bible there to read + several new magazines)."
