"I had a service appointment for 9 AM, by 4 PM I had not received any updates so I called and spoke to a lady who took down my contact info and said they’d call be back with an update on my car. No one called, so I called back at 6:05 PM and the service department was closed. Wow! HORRIBLE communication… how is it okay to have the car ALL day and not communicate to the customer the status and that they would NOT get the car back the same day. I have two kids in activities and am trying to figure out how to get them to their commitments. Thanks south Toyota….3rd visit where we were left hanging. Definitely not coming back and would not recommend this place."
