"Read good reviews so I decided to go for an oil change. I can't say staff was friendly but they didn't say anything other than where to park and leave the keys in. No greetings. Service was fast but I don't think I got the 17 point Service. Too expensive even with a coupon as I have been to the Mesquite location and I paid about $20 less. They told me of a few items that needed attention but when I asked the price and explanations, I got a quick response and he seemed hurry to get out. There were no other customers. I am not sure I will be back again. Very disappointing!"
"SUMMARY: Highly recommend, very trustworthy Pros: - Fast - Professional - Well stocked - Experienced - Honest and Upfront Cons: - convenience costs more than other places I went in for a routine oil change and they were amiable and friendly through the whole process. They were honest from the start that they charged a little more for their service and I appreciated the honesty. Marcus, Chris, and Bill all introduced themselves and kept me company during my short wait and were eager to answer all my curious questions. They will absolutely get my business again and I highly recommend and trust this business."
