"Customer service was decent. I was told they would be able to evaluate and work on vehicle same day or next day. All of the sudden 3 to 4 days later vehicle was done. I felt deceived. Never informed had to call for an update. $1300 for parts and labor for rack and pinion. Felt price was expensive when the part they bought was not oem and and still up-charged. Work was done but felt pricing needs work and communication needs to much improve."
