"I used to only use this car wash for my vehicles and went out of my way to share my thoughts on how good of a job this place was at actually cleaning my car, sadly that is no longer the case. This place has gone down hill. Half of the vacuums do not work or have low suction pressure. While I was going through the car wash today 2 of the spindle scrubbers were not working and the spot free rinse cycle was not working. Will not be returning and will warn my family and friends before they waste their money at this place."

I have the membership and it's super easy to just scan and go so I can get my car washed quickly. "I’ve been coming here for some time for all our family vehicles. Today I’m taking the time to highlight Daniel who helps out when you go to pay. He is so pleasant and patient and professional. It was refreshing to have him as my first point of contact. Then heading over to the actual wash, Max was welcoming. Helpful with making sure my wheels are aligns and also very pleasant. What stands out to me the most is that they both enjoy their job, you can tell. I say kudos to management for leading a team that knows how to deliver excellent customer service. Please acknowledge Daniel and Max in the next team meeting, they are truly deserving and if I had cash I would have tipped them both! They serve with a level of excellence that is to be praised and acknowledged!"
