"Very Poor Customer Service. I took my Dodge truck in for a hail damage estimate, the minute I stepped through the door the Department manager lead me back out. He didn't identify himself or welcome me. He then told me to take off the antenna because, my car was dirty and they would have to wash the car prior to the estimate because it was dirty. Then I was told to wait in the waiting room which was unlit and dark. A very poor start to a morning."
