"I am writing this review for my father per his request. I am happy to write a review for Mr. Bill. I recently had an electrical problem with my 40 foot Northern Star. I called another RV service out and after several hours of trying to fix the problem, he replaced my transfer box (switch) but it did not fix the problem. At that point he gave up. I then called Mr. Bill's company out of Granbury, where I reside, and what luck! First off, he was the nicest guy I could hope to meet! Next, he started checking my electrical system and found the problem fairly quickly. The first guy had wired the new box backwards. Mr. Bill, whom I now call, Mr. Magic, rewired it, and everything worked great! His charges were very reasonable, and I highly recommend him! Thank you Mr.Bill aka Mr. Magic! Ken Rickman"

"Wish I could give 10 a ten star review! My older 5th wheel that my wife and I bought for hunting was road ready and that’s about it. Had electric, some cold water and I really thought it was gonna be a big box tent. Bill showed up when I called the next day at high noon. He repaired the toilet, ran new lines to a sink and kitchen with hot water and gave us central heat. Showed me how to work everything in the whole fifth wheel( with 3 slides). Best thing it’s super safe to sleep in and my wife is happy. This dude is magic, took him 5 hours and my rig is probably worth 5000$ more than when I bought it.! Best thing was it was the best price u could have ever imagined !!"

"Bill was on time and friendly. Did a propane pressure test, changed out my hot water heater relief valve and plug after flushing the tank. He also replaced my black tank valve that was sticking. The pricing was affordable. Overall I would highly recommend his services."

"My review will never hold a candle to the moment Mr. Bill took my call the day he left my home after the 3 week nightmare we endured. I called Mr. Bill in tears. After the manufacturer of my six month old rig disregarded the urgency of what we had go horribly wrong and could have been devastating. My partner walked in the Kitchen/tv area to find smoke coming out of our breaker/fuse box. He contained this as we all lay asleep. We woke up and I contact insurance’s and manufacturers and dealers. The only real compassion was my insurance company and man beyond simple reviews and 5 stars. Mr. Bill. He came to our home on his off time to a women a wreck and grabbing at straws. He was very informative and extremely knowledgeable and he went above all else to be ever kind to our tony humans. I honestly do not know who else I would rather call. Mr. Bill is 100 percent worth every dollar and he works hard while making you feel human again. His wife and parents should be darn proud!! If you want quality work and a person you can just trust.
