"I had my reservations about taking my truck here based on the name shottenkirk, I give the sales team shottenkirk 0 stars. But the service department at the Ford dealer was great for me. I had a water pump replaced and oil pan on my f150. I just picked up my truck this morning and everything seems fine so far. Melissa kept me in the loop through out the entire process and I couldn't be happier. I will bring my truck here for oil changes, I would recommend the Service department here for sure."

"Looked into a 2020 advertised F150 listed at $45k. After some back in forth and trade in talk, they indicated they had to get to $49k because the dealer bought direct from Ford and used it internally. So why did they advertise it at $45k only to make up the difference in trade and not really disclose this to me? Just unethical and deceitful business practice.. If you go to a store to buy something, you never see hidden markups at the register. Nothing against the hard working sales staff."
