We had AquaHot issues while traveling and while he could not obtain the parts to fix the problem within the timeframe that we were going to be in his area, he gladly showed us what to order and how to perform the repairs once obtained. He guided us through the entire process and followed up with us, even though he did not have to go above and beyond to do that. He cares about his customers and helping out any way he can. I cannot recommend this service enough! He is also a certified AquaHot technician."
