"Review update: corporate saw my review and started an investigation. The store found that they accidentally charged me $225 extra in oil. Refund was issued. Over $500 for an oil change. Absolutely no reason for this. I’ve changed my own oil for decades. I was charged $330 just for the oil. 6 quarts for t6 synthetic. Royal purple isn’t even that expensive. For that price, my tires should have been rotated and balanced, chassis lubed (which it wasn’t) and a full detail with hand wax."

"This place was recommended to me by discount tire where I got my new set of tires from. I was in need of an alignment after having to have both tie rod and sway bar links replaced. And being in Comanche there is not many choices to pick for a place to go and get an alignment Granbury for work I decided why not? So I set up the appointment went and told them I needed to get an alignment done and an oil change what's the oil and oil filter that I already had with me. Well while I'm at work waiting on a phone call from them (& yes they do have a courtesy shuttle that they take people from point a to point b mine's happen to be my job) I received a phone call from them stating that unfortunately they could not do the alignment because I had to get both wheel bearing replacements as it would not matter and be a waste of money if they did the alignment and those were not replaced. I was only looking at around $140 150 Max for the services that I originally scheduled for and then they told me the price on the wheel bearing replacement and I about fainted. It went from 140 range to over $1,000. And me being a mother of two young boys and another one on the way there's absolutely no way I have that money on hand so sadly I told them to just go ahead and drop the car and hopefully I would be able to get it fixed and I would come and see them for the alignment at a later time. Well about 15 minutes goes past and I get a call from them I'm thinking that the shuttle is here to pick me up so I can go and get my vehicle but they basically said that they were going to go ahead and do the whole wheel bearing replacement at no cost for me. To be honest I never in my life have had that kind of generosity from a stranger and it really touched my heart. To the point where I hadn't even left their parking lot and my car and I was already crying from the overwhelming gratitude that I was shown. I've had to work very hard in my life to ensure that my kids have what they need and definitely have not been used to having people do this kind of thing so I just want to say that I will forever be grateful for what they did for me and I would recommend that shop every time because they really are good people doing good thanks for others."

"Check-in was easy and I felt respected when I went over the reasons for bringing in my vehicle. When my vehicle was ready Kevin took time to go over what was done and the outcome. The issues were resolved quickly and with quality. I am grateful Christian Brothers Granbury was able to fix a problem caused by another shop/company. It’s also refreshing to see how involved Christian Brothers is with the community and local nonprofit organizations!"
