"Terrible experience. Would give them zero stars if possible. I had called multiple times regarding a windshield replacement as I was coming in from a different city. Was given similar quotes by 3 different individuals. I was informed that I had to bring my vehicle for inspection in order for them to proceed with the windshield replacement as they had to inspect and order the windshield before installation. I did stop by and got my windshield ordered. I was told I would get a call within two weeks to schedule my appointment for replacement. A little over two weeks went by and no word. I finally reached out to ensure the windshield had been delivered to their facility and to schedule my appointment for the windshield replacement. On my day of the appointment I arrived at 7:30am and I asked if they were gonna take long to install, and it was then when I was informed that GMC Powell Watson certified services is not in fact certified to install windshields and instead use a third party for installation. I was distraught as I solely chose this location to service my vehicle because I expected their people to provide the service. I did not approve of their third party installer as I had had previous bad experiences with them. I was informed if I decided to proceed with the cancellation of the service, I would have to pay a restock fee. They did offer another third party to complete the job, but whole situation was unpleasant as I had to wait hours before the other third party was available. Had I decided I wanted a third party involved I would have gone directly to them and not bring my vehicle to gmc expecting a service to be provided by their certified technicians in the first place. Why offer a service you’re not directly gonna provide. I will be taking my business else after this unfortunate experience. In addition, my vehicle was driven out of the lot into the Toyota parking lot for service. Upon checkout, they were unable to give me a detailed receipt stating hours of labor. Due to lack of information on receipt, my insurance will be unable to reimburse me for the windshield replacement. Cantu Glass auto repair did a great job, I would suggest going directly to them and cut out the middle man."

"Really bad customer service. Took my vehicle for a service and they didn’t even bother to call for an update. Had to be constantly calling to the service department. Worse part is that the advisors are always “busy” had to leave messages with the receptionist."
