"Update: owner responded they are getting the guides in the future. I already went somewhere else as I was driving to Dallas today and needed a tire repaired . I'll give them another chance next time I'm in need as they were always good in the past. Upgraded to 4 star. For over 2 years they have fixed at least 6 flats on my car and now they won't touch my car unless they have some plastic guide to tell them where to jack up the car. I come here because they aren't whiny like discount tire about everything but I guess they won't bother having the equipment they need on hand or acting like professionals and knowing where to jack up a car. And the manufacturer says it's a suggested guide not required. Even the companies service techs don't use it. Sad!"
