"Less hassle this time buying a car as in 2021. Thanks to Justin finance guy . On flip side I am NOT happy that spent over $500 for a pulsating brake light that took ONLY 10 mins to put on and was NON NEGOTIABLE to delete from pricing. We ALL know that 10 min of service and the part DID NOT COST $500 @ the highest markup. The car came with a towing package that I don't need or want and would truly appreciate it being taken OFF as long as there is NO damage left but still WAITING on pricing to remove and they can keep it--trade for all weather floor mats/ all negotiations are welcomed. Thank you Tiffani for your help as service advisor and I truly appreciate you keeping me informed. Thank you to my salesman Keenan and especially for a follow up phone call to see how I was adjusting to the suv and if I had questions."
