"Stopped by to get a transmission fluid exchange and one of the techs broke my gear shift selector, I was told they could not give me any statement they broke it and to come back Wednesday when manager Mark Reno was there. Wednesday morning I’m back and I’m told Mark Reno was busy… for an hour, the tech informs me he’ll let me know when the manager is available. The tech comes back and informs me they will not help me in any way, shape or form, Mark Reno couldnt even tell me himself, so I asked to speak to him personally where he reiterated the same thing.Thank you Mark Reno for the “incredible” service, and to your “professional” and “amazing” techs that are very careful with the clients vehicles. Would not recommend to anyone, stay away."

"Husband took my car in for a tune up thinking since i have a Nissan what better place. I expected it to be a bit more pricey being a dealership but thought it would be worth it. Boy was I wrong paid nearly 300 for 4 spark plugs installed no tire check fluid check NOTHING. Not even a courtesy vacuum instead they left a drink inside. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED expected better more professionalism next time I'll just go to a generic mechanic at least their courteous. My experience here was awful."
