"I was hit in a parking lot on Sunday 8/27/23 in my 2020 Acura RDX on the driver's side fender. The next day, Monday, I began calling collision repair shops to bring my car in. All the shops were anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks out to schedule a visit. Jorge told me I could bring it in that afternoon. I was releived. I took it in and began the process. Getting the insurance adjuster to come out was like pulling teeth, luckily, they were at this shop looking at another vehicle and Jorge was able to get them to look at my vehicle while they were there. We picked up our vehicle on Wed. 9/27/23. We did have some minor clear-coat issues and Jorge asked we bring the vehicle back over the weekend and he would address them. He did and the vehicle looks just as new. The entire process took about a month. Not sure how long it would have taken if we had gone somewhere else. Jorge provides great customer service and prides himself in his reputation and his work. During the whole process, i even brought in my Daughters vehicle (2016 Jetta TSi) for some minor work on the hood. Other body shops wanted about $500 to repair. Jorge charged me $250."
"Great service took a while but it was not due to the shop. Parts were delayed and out of owners control. His workmanship is first class. My.truck is better than when the dealer gave it to me. You want modifications this is the right place. You need to fix your vehicle this is better than any dealer."
