"I would not have entered ANY stars but a review requires it. I went for a basic oil change and ended up having the serviceman start messing with my air conditioner's air filter. My car's air conditioning unit WAS the type that would get bone chilling cold. It was awesome. I say WAS because as soon as I left something was hissing and rattling. NOW I have NO air-condioning and the serviceman that I went to talk to was extremely rude and kept talking down to me. Just because I went to change my oil!!! Needless to say now I have to figure out a way to come up with money to fix my air conditioning for my children and I. This is absolutely ridiculous"
"Broke my hood didn't want to own up to it and now have to pay to get it fixed. Poor customer service and stated would call owner but never showed. Very rude and inconcederate. Would never go back. Beware."
