"I give it a one because they did what I came in for. But I will never go back. The receptionist in the front is really rude, she acts like if she’s doing ME a favor for fixing my vehicle. I would ask simple questions and she would answer me with a bad attitude. I put up with it only because it had been paid already and upfront. But customer service was trash. And disappointing."
"Luis (the owner) was awesome to deal with from beginning to end. He has a very efficient staff who take pride in their work. I had a front-end collision on a Saturday, had it towed to Xpress on Monday, and it was ready on Friday! I highly recommend Xpress Body Repair if you're in need! (I will add photos in a bit.)"

"Dirty work, and they bounce around the blame! Took it in for a door bang, and when they removed the molds to fix it they used an inappropriate tool to remove it and ended up scratching another part! When we took it back the second time for molding scratch repair, we noticed our front bumper had a little dent and our fbumper sensor was broken! They also have no commitment on when vehicle will be ready!"
